- £5 funds a Home-Start mobile phone for one month, providing telephone support for an isolated, struggling family during lockdown
- £6 buys coffees for a mum or dad, and their Home-Start volunteer, taking part in our ‘Walk and Talk’ therapy
- £20 funds a volunteer’s travel expenses for one month so that they can support our Mothers in Mind Group
- £30 funds an activity such as yoga or art therapy for our mothers experiencing postnatal depression or anxiety
- £45 funds a hypnotherapy, CBT session for parents who have experienced trauma

We are always happy to offer help and support to individuals or companies looking to hold fundraising events on our behalf. From tea parties to quiz nights to sponsored walks, there are many ways to raise funds to support our work.
